Eurorail Pass

It is important to know both what your Eurorail pass from All Europe Rail will and won't allow you to do during your travels. This helps you to make the best use of your Eurorail pass while avoiding any unpleasant travel delays. We are frequently asked by our customers what Eurostar trains are and whether or not they are covered by a Eurorail pass.

Eurostar trains are a special high speed train service that runs between London and Paris/Brussels. They pass below the English Channel in the Chunnel, emerging on the French side where special rails enable bullet-like train speeds. They are an especially popular way to travel between London and Paris, and they handle more traffic than all airlines combined.

The Eurostar runs very frequently. Currently, during peak times, there is approximately one train every half hour between London and Paris. During non peak hours, this drops to about one every hour. Between London and Brussels the service runs about every two hours.

Currently, Eurostar and other high-speed trains are not completely covered by your Eurorail pass. However, most Eurorail passes, which include France, Belgium and/or the UK, afford travelers a substantial Eurorail pass holder discount. Be sure to check the details for the specific pass you have purchased to ensure that you do not miss out on this excellent European rail travel experience.
