| General Policies |
Policies: Passes are valid for up to 6 months after purchase. Seniors must be 60 or older. Youths must be no older than 26 on their first day of travel for most passess. Child fare applies to children between 4 and 11 for most passes. Saverpasses valid only when two to five people travel together at all times. If you elect to travel on high-speed or overnight trains surcharges may apply. Unvalidated and unused passes can be refunded less a 15% charge of the pass price. Orders that qualify for Free shipping, if returned for refund, client is liable for shipping charges. Eurailpasses may not be issued to residents of Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States (the former Soviet Union), Turkey, Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia, unless they have established residency for at least 6 months in an eligible country. See the General Conditions of Use of the Eurail Pass which binds all passholders for more information. Point-to-point tickets carry a $7 issuance fee, which is included in the cost, but not printed in the final cost of the ticket. All fares subject to change and availability until paid and ticketed. This means that when an order is placed it is a request for a specific fare, whose prices are subject to change and availability. In the event of a change client will be immediately informed of the best available options and will not be charged unless they give specific approval for such change. Reservations are not included in the cost of rail passes and in the cost of point-to-point tickets unless otherwise noted. Reservations are subject to change, availability and are confirmed only at time of final payment and issuance. Travel documents in which customer is responsible for exchanging vouchers is subject to availability and to all rules and conditions governing the use of such vouchers. | Shipping Disclosure |
Fedex is the default shipping company used to ship travel documents. If you would like to use another delivery method, such as USPS, Airborn Express, DHL you must specify your choice in the Special Instructions, otherwise by default you agree to use Fedex. A $35 fee for a custom shipping choice will be charged to your credit card in addition to the shipping costs themselves. If you would like to insure your shipment you must choose to add insurance. All insured packages, international or domestic must be shipped via DHL, otherwise package cannot be insured, and client agrees not to hold All Europe Rail for any liability or loss. Shipping prices provided with insurance are estimates and cost may vary depending on amount insured and location sent. Insured packages are insured for their value, and for no more than US$3000. If you would like to insure a package valued over $3000 please specify this in our Special Instructions. Free Shipping does not include insurance, if you would like insurance you must choose a paid method and opt to add insurance.Free shipping is for orders shipped in the USA only. If you choose insurance but do not select a paid method than your package will be shipped by DHL by default. If your order does not qualify for Free Shipping and you chose Free Shipping then the least expensive method for shipping will be chosen by default. By submitting your order with All Europe Rail you agree that you have read and understood our shipping terms and agree not to hold All Europe Rail liable for any lost or undelivered shipments in any case, with any shipping company, under any circumstance. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges on orders that were shipped for free and returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions. Shipping charges will appear as a separate charge on client's credit card statement. |

| General Conditions of Use of the Eurail Pass |
- This pass is strictly for personal, non-transferable and only valid upon presentation of passport or a valid travel document replacing the passport.
- This pass may not be used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Morocco or Tunisia.
- The coupon(s) in the booklet form together with the cover, a single document. Coupon(s) without a cover and/or without a date stamp and/or imprint of the issuing office are invalid.
- A Youth Pass is only valid for travelers under 26 years of age (on the first day of validity of their pass). A child pass can only be used by travelers under 12 years of age (on the first day of validity of their Pass). A Saver Pass is valid for all persons listed on the control voucher.
- This Pass is valid in the class indicated on the Pass (1st class Passes are also valid in 2nd class). For 1st class travel with a 2nd Class Pass, the full difference between 1st and 2nd class fare on the respective route must be paid.
- Eurailpasses are valid for travel on the national and some private railways of the following countries: Austria (including Liechtenstein), Belgium,Denmark, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Eurail Selectpasses are valid for travel on the national and some private railways on the countries indicated on the Ticket. Certain trains may transit through a country not covered by these passes. In this case, an additional ticket must be purchased. Passes are also valid on some shipping lines)
- Before travel begins, within 6 months of the issuing date, a European railway official must enter the first and last day of validity of the Pass and the passport number. It is not permitted to validate the pass yourself.
- A Eurail pass is valid for the time period indicated on the pass.
- Holders of a Eurail Flexipass or Eurail Selectpass are entitled to a specified number of travel days, which are indicated on the pass.
Holders of these Passes may choose these days at there own convenience. The pass-holder must enter the day on the pass before boarding the First train/ship of that day. This date must be entered by the traveler in blue or black ink or with a blue or black ballpoint pen in the Corresponding box on the calendar. Dates must be inserted in sequential order in the following manner, for example: May 27 = 27/05. Pass Holders van travel from midnight to midnight on the selected day. If the trip starts with a direct overnight train departing after 19h00(7 pm) , the next days date must be entered ; travel between 19h00 and 24h00 (7pm and midnight) on the day of departure is then included. When Using an overnight ferry covered by the pass, the holder may either enter the date of departure or the date of arrival.
- It applies for each Pass that travel cannon begin before 00h01 on the first day of validity and must be completed by midnight of the last Day of validity.
- Holders of a valid Pass are entitled to transportation bonuses on several ships, buses and private railroads. This free or discounted transportation can only be arranged locally at the office of the respective company offering the bonus.
- Holders of a valid pass are exempt from payment of supplements for most quality trains such as EC, IC, ICE, etc. For some quality train however, a surcharge is required; seats available at the special pass-holders fare may be limited. This pass is valid on most trains with very few exemptions.
- This Pass does not guarantee a seat on a train or passage on a ship, unless a reservation is secured in advanced. For certain trains and ships reservations are compulsory. Please inquire before travel at the issuing office or in Europe at the railway station or shipping company office (the Pass must be shown when securing reservations and when registering baggage). - Fees for seat reservations, sleeping accommodation, meals and other service on board trains and ships are not included and must be paid for separately. Port taxes, baggage shipment, etc. are also additional.
- If the traveler cannot present a valid passport with his/her pass, the control staff is authorized to demand payment of the full fare
ticket and a fine, charged in conformity with the regulations of the railway concerned. Use of a Pass on which the indications have been altered or tampered with, which is forged, or used by anyone other than to whom it was issued, or beyond its validity period, authorizes control staff to confiscate the Pass and to demand the payment of the full fare, plus a fine of € 100 maximum. Traveling with a non-validated Pass or with a Eurailpass Flexi or Eurail Selectpass, which the date has not been entered according to the instructions of point 9, authorizes control staff to levy a fine of € 50 maximum and ask for a payment of a full fare ticket. If the calendar date is incorrectly entered it must not be corrected and another box must be used, otherwise the control staff is authorized to confiscate the Pass and to demand the payment of the full fare, plus a fine of € 100 maximum.
- If this Pass is returned to the place of purchase either before the first day of validity or endorsed "UNUSED" by a railway official in Europe, the first day of validity, the entire cost is refunded, less a 15% cancellation fee. In all other cases, (e.g. loss, theft, partly used Pass etc.) there is no refund.
- Participating railways cannot be held responsible for damages due to strikes, delays or missed connections, theft or loss of non-registered baggage.
- The issuing office is merely the intermediary of the carriers in Europe and assumes no liability resulting from the transport contract.
- Transportation covered by this Pass is subject to the "Uniform Rules concerning the contract for International Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Rail" (CIV) In respect of carriage by sea, the legal provisions of the individual particular sea carrier apply.

| Train Reservations Disclosure |
Reservations will only be made for travelers who have purchased their Eurail tickets or Eurail passes with All Europe Rail.Travelers who would like reservations, and have not purchased with All Europe Rail, have to pay an agency fee. Reservations costs are not included in the price of Eurail passes, but are included in the cost of most Eurail tickets on www.alleuroperail.com. Simple seat reservations start at $11.00 per person, but can vary by type of accomodation desired, by train and by route. Once All Europe Rail reservations have been confirmed and paid they are no longer refundable or exchangeable. All reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation may take 24 to 48 hours after booking. |

| Traveler Responsibility to review Travel Documents |
It is the traveler's responsibility to review all travel documents upon receipt and report any changes or errors within 24 hours. Client is responsible for shipping charges and price difference and may be subject to a $35 reissuance fee for client errors and/or changes after shipping of travel documents. All Europe Rail will cover shipping charges and properly reissue tickets if error committed by agency is reported within 24 hours of receipt of travel documents. If an agency error and reported after 24 hours client is still responsible for all shipping charges, price difference, if applicable, and may be subject to a $35 reissuance fee. All refunds and exchanges done in accordance with Eurail regulations and is credited directly to your credit card.
