Accomodations:
First Class Thalys
Thalys First Class - Meal included with any first class Thalys ticket, and served at your seat every day, except on Amsterdam-Marne la Vallee route and on all Thalys routes on June 15th. Breakfast is served on the Thalys premier train from 6am to 9am. Snacks are served from 9am to 11:45am, lunch is served between 9am, and 11:45am, 2pm to 6pm, and dinner is served between 6pm and 9pm.

Second Class Thalys
Thalys Second Class - Buffet car available and open on all Thalys routes except between Oostende and Brussels and Antwerpen/Berchem to Brussels on the trains that have Antwerpen/Berchem or Brussels as origin or final destination.
Reclining seats, two phones at both ends on the train which accept major credit cards.

Thalys train check-in procedures:
There are no check-in or customs procedures before boarding the Thalys trains. Thalys ticket and passport control will occur upon boarding the train. Thalys trains always arrive on the same track in each station (next to the Eurostar in Paris and Brussels).
Conditions:
Advance booking: Thalys can be booking up to 90 days in advance.
Eurail passholders are required to purchase a seat reservation in order to ride on any Thalys train. Eurail passes must be validated prior to boarding the Thalys. If a client uses a Eurail Flexi Pass, then one day of the Eurail pass will be used for travel.
Refund Policy:
Exchange can be done by All Europe Rail only.
To exchange a ticket, a new ticket must be issued, no exceptions. The unused ticket must be sent back to All Europe Rail for a refund within the time frame allowed for such a refund. A $35.00 handling fee may apply. Refunds granted on the returned tickets depend on the refund policy of that particular fare.
